Milk Party!

One of the great things about having your child turn one is that he not longer has to drink formula. I think this is more exciting for mom and dad then the actual child but I tried to make it a fun celebration. My sister and her husband came over for dinner so she brought some Oreos and I had the milk. I fed Ethan Oreo cookies and he got to drink a nice sippy cup of milk. It was mmm, mmm good!

Forward Facing

This is kind of old news and maybe it's not really news at all but Ethan is now one and weighs 20lbs. which means that we get to turn his car seat around. I thought he'd be all excited and make all kinds of faces when he got to watch out the windshield but he was actually more interested in watching me drive. These pictures are from the first day he sat facing forward.

Oh Christmas Tree

Last year I had this great idea to make Christmas tree ornaments with our pictures but I never got around to doing it. So this year I decided to finally do it and I think they turned out great. I made them using my wonderful computer and all I had to do was print, cut, paste and hang.

Trouble!

One day while I was at work I was in the bathroom cleaning the floors. Ethan was with me just having a grand ole time playing with a water bottle. After a little while I realized that things were really quiet. I turned around to find this...

No at first I wasn't too worried, it looked like just a little bit of toilet paper but I was so wrong! This bathroom has two toilets that face each other so when went looking for Ethan here is what I found...

Ethan had completely emptied BOTH rolls of toilet paper. I wanted to be so mad at him but all I could to was laugh. So we cleaned up his mess and it filled the garbage can. Good thing the lady that I clean for knows what it's like to have kids and is so easy going when it comes to things like this.

Note: I didn't have my camera with me so I had to use my camera on my phone. That's why the pictures aren't so great.
