Thanksgiving Day

Ethan playing football with his Dad & uncles.

No more crib

Guess who figured out how to climb out of his crib? Yup, Ethan! So now he has a big boy bed and he loves it!

Halloween

We started our Halloween fun with our ward's trunk-or-treat. This year Ethan dressed up as Winnie the Pooh and he would sing "Winnie the Pooh, Winnie the Pooh" all while he was dressed up.

Next we headed to my Grandma's to meet up with my Brother and his girls.

Look at my goofy brother! He's wearing a pimp costume!

Next we went to Ray's where Amy had a fun Halloween party planned for all of the kids. She had doughnut eating contest...

Ghost bowling with a pumpkin and a fun game where the kids put their hands in a black box to feel gross things like brains, eyeballs, and ears. Amy went all out for the kids!

All the kids in their costumes...

Carving Pumpkins

Last year we didn't carve our pumpkins until Halloween day. So this year I made sure we did it in plenty of time to actually enjoy them. Jared cut open and cleaned out the pumpkins (with Ethan's help) and then I carved them.

Annual Witches Night

We had our annual Witches Night at Gardner Village filled with dressing up, eating, and meeting some silly Witches.

Here is a group shot of all of the Vidoni Girls Dressed up.

Once we got to Gardner Village we took a hay ride to a witches house. It was a fun time seeing where the witches lived, what they ate and all of their spells.

Here are the girls posing with one of the witches. The rest of night we spent walking around finding all of the other witches and eating dinner and enjoying the nice fall evening. This is such a fun tradition!

Pumpkinland

This fall we made another visit to the pumpkin patch that is just down the street from where we live. First we headed towards the corn maze and stopped along the way to take a few fun pictures.

The it was off through the corn maze. Ethan had a lot of fun running and choosing which way we should go. Unfortunately it started to get cold and windy so we had to rush through the maze.

Once we got done with the maze they had some blow up slides for the kids to play on. Ethan really enjoyed this but it was so cold that he only got to play for a few minutes.
Next it was on to picking our pumpkins. By this time Ethan was tired and tired of mom taking pictures. But I did manage to get a few cute shots.

Mickey Mouse B-day Party!

With us going to Disneyland in just a few short weeks and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse being one of the few shows Ethan will watch I thought a Mickey Mouse themed birthday party was the perfect idea.

Let me set the stage for you. We have a pretty small house so in order for both sides of the family to attend Ethan's party we had it at Jared's work in the gym. I sent out these adorable invitations...

And here is the table...

My wonderful and thoughtful friend Brittney gave Ethan this adorable Mickey Mouse that I used as the center piece.
I made Mickey Mouse cupcakes I had ears for the kids to wear
And treat bags to take home

We played a bean bag toss game that Jared and I made and Jenny made the cute bean bags...
Then we played duck, duck, goose only the kids said Mickey, Mickey, Mouse. This game seemed to be a big hit. Even the older kids enjoyed this game.

Then we played find Pluto's bones. I didn't get any pictures of this game but in some of my photos you can see white bones taped on the wall. The game was like an Easter egg hunt. They had to find 4 bones and when they found them they brought them to me and I gave them their treat bag.

Next we open presents...
Then we sang happy birthday and had cupcakes & ice cream sandwiches. We had a TV with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse playing for the kids to watch while the ate. I think the party was a big hit. I worked really hard on it and really enjoyed the out come. Thanks to everyone who came and helped us celebrate Ethan's 2nd Birthday!

My little boy was born. I can hardly believe that he is two. I know I said that when he turned one but now it's really true. I look at him and he is my baby now more. He's getting so big! We celebrated his birthday last Saturday and I think it was a hit. We had a Mickey Mouse party! I had tons of fun planning and and I think everyone who came had fun. I'll be posting about that later. I've got tons of pictures to share :) As for now I'll leave you with a few picture of Ethan from that past 2 years.
