House of Terror

Jared and I have been in our house for about 4 months now. In that 4 months we have had a few things break, fall or stop working. First it was our dishwasher, then the fridge, then the pipe to the outside faucet broke (well more like Chad broke it) and last but not least half of our very small tree fell down. To say the least we have quickly learned what it means to be a home owner.

Hey Shan,
We hear ya. Although we haven't had to replace or deal with quite as much...we did have to recently replace our water heater. (Thank goodness for our home warranty the realtor bought us). Despite the fixer upper issues, don't you just love owning your own home though? I definately think it is worth it. LOVE the update!!

Please tell me that Jared was not SAWING down that tree with a very young child standing by his side!!! YIKES!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a lot of work, but like the person who commented before me said, its worth it right? I can't wait to be a homeowner!!!!

Home ownership is great!! Responsibilty is so over rated! Sorry you have had to deal with all this craziness being prego.

I like your house. It looks very nice from the outside. You'd never know that you were having all of the problems that you are in the inside.
